Spyxpo is an R&D company, founded in 2016. It works through 9 sector divisions, including aerospace, software and cloud, robotics, energy and communications.
We pay for the research by licensing patents and by building electric vehicles, computers and machinery for governments, companies and individual customers.
Mission. Work on hard problems that affect large numbers of people, such as climate change and disease.
Commitment. Keep what we build affordable, so that access does not come down to who can pay the most.

ConceptMagnetar is an intelligent experimental launch vehicle designed around autonomous flight, precise stabilization, payload deployment, and controlled recovery. It combines propulsion, navigation, onboard sensing, adaptive flight control, and integrated safety systems into a unified platform built to manage every stage of a mission.
TRIDENT
In DevelopmentTrident is a private, local AI coding agent designed to understand projects, work with files, execute development tasks, and assist with software engineering directly from your machine. Powered by a custom proprietary language model, Trident brings intelligent coding assistance to both the terminal and Visual Studio Code while keeping the development workflow local and under the user’s control.
Talos
ConceptTALOS is an advanced AI-enabled multi-target precision missile concept developed under the Spyxpo Defense & Safety Sector. Designed for exceptionally high precision, TALOS combines intelligent onboard decision-support, continuous target tracking, adaptive navigation, environmental awareness, and a multi-payload architecture within a single airborne platform. Rather than relying only on a target's last known position, TALOS continuously monitors movement, updates its understanding of the operational environment, and predicts where designated targets are likely to move. This enables the system to maintain accurate tracking even when targets change direction, accelerate, move through complex surroundings, or become temporarily difficult to observe. TALOS is built around one objective: maintain target awareness, adapt continuously, and deliver precision with maximum reliability. TALOS — Sense. Understand. Predict. Coordinate.
FRAMERAI
In DevelopmentFramerAI is an open-source, self-contained multimodal AI platform currently under development that is designed to understand and generate text, code, images, video, and audio. Built entirely from scratch without external teacher models, it includes model training, inference, REST and WebSocket APIs, and a modern web interface in a single integrated stack.
